Ingredients
- 1 lb. or more stew beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (16 oz.) can water
- 1 (16 oz.) can green beans, drained
- 1 medium onion
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic salt to taste
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch to thicken
Method
- Brown stew beef.
- Add salt, pepper, garlic salt and 4 tablespoons brown sugar.
- When brown, add tomatoes, green beans, chopped onion, Worcestershire sauce and water.
- Cook for 1 hour. Add cornstarch to cold water to thicken.
- When done, serve over rice or noodles.
