Ingredients
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 cup cocoa
- 2 cups flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 40-48 caramel candies/Rolos
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Ad vanilla, eggs; mix well. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture until just combined.
- Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Flatten cookies into a circle and place caramel in middle. Add more dough on top and cover the cracks.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
