Ingredients

  • 2 sticks butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup cocoa
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 40-48 caramel candies/Rolos

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Ad vanilla, eggs; mix well. Sift together flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add to butter mixture until just combined.
  • Cover bowl with plastic wrap and place in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  • Flatten cookies into a circle and place caramel in middle. Add more dough on top and cover the cracks.
  • Bake 12-15 minutes.
