Ingredients

  • A few cloves of garlic
  • Tomato sauce
  • Raw lasagna noodles
  • Ricotta cheese
  • Fresh spinach, washed and drained
  • Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Chop a few cloves of garlic; saute them a bit. Then, in a fairly deep pan, layer the following: a swirl of tomato sauce, a layer of uncooked lasagna noodles, more sauce, garlic, dollops of ricotta, a thick pile of spinach, garlic, noodles, sauce, ricotta.
  • Cover it all with slices of mozzarella. Add extra layers if you have room. Let this sit overnight in the fridge.
  • When ready to bake, preheat oven to 350°F, cover pan with foil, and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover pan and bake 30 minutes more.
