Ingredients
- 8 c. corn (about 16 ears)
- 2 c. diced green peppers
- 4 c. diced celery
- 1 c. diced onions
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 qt. white vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. kosher salt
- 2 tsp. celery seed
- 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. turmeric
Method
- Combine all ingredients, except corn, dry mustard and turmeric.
- Cover and bring to a boil.
- Boil 5 minutes.
- Add corn, dry mustard and turmeric.
- Cook 5 minutes.
- Put in clean jars; seal.
- Process in hot water bath 15 minutes.
