Ingredients
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 1/4 c. lowfat milk
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
Method
- Combine 1 1/2 c. flour and yeast.
- Heat lowfat milk (just till hot).
- Add in sugar, shortening, salt, egg and dry mix and beat 3 min.
- Add in flour.
- Shape into balls and let rise 1 hour (till double).
- Punch down, roll out dough.
- Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
- Cut into rolls and place in greased pan.
- Let rise till double.
- Bake at 400 degrees till golden (about 20 min).
