Ingredients
- 6 medium sweet potatoes
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 jar apricot preserves
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cook sweet potatoes 45 minutes.
- Let cool, peel and cut in 1/3-inch slices.
- Grease 2-quart baking dish; set aside.
