Ingredients
- 1 lb. sweet potatoes (about 2)
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Italian Vinaigrette Dressing
- 2 Tbsp. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Method
- Heat oven to 425F.
- Cut potatoes into 1-inch-thick wedges; place in large bowl.
- Add dressing; toss to coat.
- Spread onto foil-covered rimmed baking sheet.
- Bake 25 to 28 min.
- or until tender, turning after 15 min.
- Place potatoes in large bowl.
- Add cheese; toss to coat.
