Ingredients
- 1 Vegetable oil
- 100 grams Peeled shrimp
- 50 grams Edamame or fava beans
- 40 grams Corn kernels
- 50 grams Tempura flour
- 75 ml Water
Method
- Prep the peeled shrimp, edamame, and corn.
- Heat the frying oil.
- Mix up the tempura flour following the package instructions.
- Add the shrimp, edamame and corn, and deep fry tablespoons of the batter.
