Ingredients
- 1 can green peas
- 1/4 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 3/4 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/4 medium onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped celery
- 1 boiled egg, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
Method
- Mix peas, onion, bell pepper and celery and let marinate in refrigerator overnight.
- About 2 to 3 hours before serving, add the egg, mayonnaise, sugar and mustard.
- Sugar may be reduced or omitted for diet reasons.
