Ingredients
- 1 broiler-fryer (about 3 lb.), cut up
- 4 Tbsp. (1/2 stick) butter or oleo
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. salt
Method
- Wash chicken; pat dry and remove skin (if you want).
- Melt butter in shallow baking pan; stir in remaining ingredients.
- Roll chicken pieces in mixture to coat all over.
- Arrange meaty side up in a single layer.
- Bake at 375° for 1 hour or until chicken is tender and richly glazed.
