Ingredients

  • 1/2 Onion (sweet onion)
  • 1 chopped, 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 dash Lemon juice
  • 2 slice Sliced bread
  • 1 can Canned tuna
  • 1 optional, (to taste) Herb salt

Method

  • Thinly slice the onion and let it sit for 15 minutes.
  • This will ensure the properties that enhance circulation emerge.
  • It also mellows out the harsh taste.
  • After 15 minutes, mix in the chopped parsley.
  • Drain the water from the tuna can.
  • Line a bowl with plastic wrap, and mix the ingredients marked .
  • Close the wrap at the top and secure with an elastic band to make a piping bag.
  • Cut the end off with scissors when you are ready to pipe the mixture.
  • Lightly toast the bread and squeeze on the sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise mixture from Step 2.
  • Then lightly spread it all over the bread.
  • Top the bread with the vegetables and tuna from Step 1, sprinkle herb salt and it's done.
