Ingredients
- 1/2 Onion (sweet onion)
- 1 chopped, 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley
- 1 tbsp Sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 dash Lemon juice
- 2 slice Sliced bread
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 1 optional, (to taste) Herb salt
Method
- Thinly slice the onion and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- This will ensure the properties that enhance circulation emerge.
- It also mellows out the harsh taste.
- After 15 minutes, mix in the chopped parsley.
- Drain the water from the tuna can.
- Line a bowl with plastic wrap, and mix the ingredients marked .
- Close the wrap at the top and secure with an elastic band to make a piping bag.
- Cut the end off with scissors when you are ready to pipe the mixture.
- Lightly toast the bread and squeeze on the sweet chili sauce and mayonnaise mixture from Step 2.
- Then lightly spread it all over the bread.
- Top the bread with the vegetables and tuna from Step 1, sprinkle herb salt and it's done.
