Ingredients
- 40 grams Carrot
- 40 grams Sweet onion
- 3 tbsp Grapeseed or vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Pepper
Method
- Peel the carrots and onions and grate them.
- Combine the ingredients in a glass jar or an empty salad dressing container and shake to mix.
