Ingredients
- 1/2 lb. margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 5 eggs
- 2 c. self-rising flour
- 1 lb. candied cherries
- 1 lb. candied pineapple
- 4 c. pecans
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Method
- Use a tube pan.
- Cream margarine, sugar and eggs together. Sprinkle flour over nuts and fruit, covering good.
- Add to batter and add vanilla.
- Bake at 250° for 3 hours.
