Ingredients
- 6 medium potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. melted butter
- 3 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Method
- Peel potatoes, slice thin.
- Make white sauce of butter, flour and milk.
- Put half the potatoes in greased 2-quart casserole. Cover with half the sauce, seasoning and onion.
- Add remaining potatoes, seasonings and onion; then remaining sauce and 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
