- 32 oz. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 12 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. chopped onions
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. corn flakes, crushed
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
Method
- Spread hash browns in a 9 x 12-inch pan. Saute onions in margarine.
- Mix with soup, cheese, sour cream and salt.
- Pour over hash browns.
- Top with crushed corn flakes.
- Drizzle with margarine, melted.
- Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 350°. Serves 12.
