- 2 pkg. Brown 'N Serve sausage, cut in half
- 1 pkg. hot dogs, cut in quarters
- 1 (20 oz.) can chunk pineapple
- 1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries
- 1/2 c. barbecue sauce
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
- 2 large green peppers
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce (to taste)
- 4 Tbsp. brown sugar
Method
- Brown hot dogs and sausage for 15 to 30 minutes.
- Drain juice from cherries and pineapple.
- Add these juices with rest of liquids.
- Add brown sugar and simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Thicken with 2 tablespoons of cornstarch.
- Add pepper, pineapple and cherries. Cook for 3 minutes.
