Ingredients
- 2 lb. pork
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1 green pepper, sliced
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 small can pineapple (crushed or chunks)
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
Method
- Cut pork up into cubes and brown in oil.
- Mix together all ingredients, except pork, and bring to a boil.
- Add pork and cook 45 minutes or until meat is done.
- Serve over cooked rice.
