Ingredients

  • 4 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 1 c sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 9-inch graham cracker crusts
  • 2 c blueberry sauce or pie filling

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy; add eggs, beat well. Pour into pie shells, dividing evenly between the three. Spoon blueberry sauce over top
  • of pies; swirl sauce through batter with butter knife. Bake 40 min. or till center is set. Cool to room temperature; refrigerate. Serve with additional sauce, if desired. Yields 18 servings.
