Ingredients
- 4 pork chops
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 head onions
- 2 or 3 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 small jar sweet and sour sauce
Method
- Season and flour pork chops.
- Fry until done.
- Chop into cubes.
- Pour off all grease from frying pan.
- Saute onions in dipping.
- Add 1/2 cup water.
- Let simmer 5 minutes; turn off fire. Add cooked rice, meat, soy sauce and sweet and sour sauce.
- Cover for 15 to 20 minutes, then serve.
