Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground round
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 2 egg yolks
- 4 slices soft bread, cut up and soak in milk
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1 tsp. allspice
- 1/4 c. milk
Method
- Mix all ingredients and shape into meatballs.
- Fry meatballs until brown, add water (a little) and cook for 1 hour.
- May be placed in casserole after browning and put in oven at 325° for 1 hour.
