Ingredients
- dash of pepper
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped green onion
- 4 c. cooked rice
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 1 c. chopped, cooked shrimp
Method
- Stir pepper into eggs.
- Pour into hot nonstick skillet.
- Cook until eggs begin to set.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Stir to blend well.
- Cook until heated through, stirring gently.
