Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 c. flour
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 2 tbsp. cocoa
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 3 tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 1 1/2 c. water
Method
- In square, ungreased pan, mix first five ingredients.
- Add in the next three and mix well.
- Spread batter proportionately in pan.
- Mix together the 1/2 c. of sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
- Don't fold in.
- Pour water on top.
- Don't fold in.
- Bake at 350 for 45 min.
- Best served hot.
