Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoon baking pwdr
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 3 tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. cocoa
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Method

  • In square, ungreased pan, mix first five ingredients.
  • Add in the next three and mix well.
  • Spread batter proportionately in pan.
  • Mix together the 1/2 c. of sugar, 1/2 c. brown sugar and cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
  • Don't fold in.
  • Pour water on top.
  • Don't fold in.
  • Bake at 350 for 45 min.
  • Best served hot.
