Ingredients
- 3 whole boneless chicken breasts
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms
- 1 each medium red and green chopped peppers
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
- 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. paprika
Method
- Saute cut up chicken until partially done.
- In separate pan, saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender.
- Remove from heat.
- Add spinach, soup, sour cream and paprika.
- Combine in casserole with chicken.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350° until chicken is done.
- Serve with noodles or rice.
