Ingredients

  • 3 whole boneless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 1 each medium red and green chopped peppers
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pkg. frozen spinach, squeezed dry
  • 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 tsp. paprika

Method

  • Saute cut up chicken until partially done.
  • In separate pan, saute onions, peppers and mushrooms until tender.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add spinach, soup, sour cream and paprika.
  • Combine in casserole with chicken.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake at 350° until chicken is done.
  • Serve with noodles or rice.
