Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. garlic
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 3/4 - 2 c. milk
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of broccoli soup
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Method

  • Combine ground beef, eggs, crackers, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk in a large mixing bowl.
  • Mixture should be moist and sticky.
  • Shape into desired size meatballs/patties and brown.
  • Mix soups and 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cup milk and pour over meat.
  • Simmer about 30 minutes or until meat is cooked and gravy is thick (more milk can be added if gravy is too thick).
