- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 rolls of Ritz crackers
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1 3/4 - 2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 can cream of broccoli soup
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
Method
- Combine ground beef, eggs, crackers, salt, pepper, garlic, onion, and 1/2 - 3/4 cup milk in a large mixing bowl.
- Mixture should be moist and sticky.
- Shape into desired size meatballs/patties and brown.
- Mix soups and 1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cup milk and pour over meat.
- Simmer about 30 minutes or until meat is cooked and gravy is thick (more milk can be added if gravy is too thick).
