Ingredients
- 3 c. grated carrots
- 3/4 c. raisins
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. evaporated skim milk, undiluted
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine carrots and raisins in a large bowl. Mix together the mayonnaise, sugar, salt, milk and lemon juice. Toss with carrots and raisins. Chill well before serving.
- Yields 6 servings.
