Ingredients

  • 3 Cherry tomatoes
  • 3 Olives
  • 1/2 can Canned tuna
  • 1 tbsp Store bought vinegar-based marinade dressing

Method

  • Cut the tomato into fourths.
  • Slice the olives into thin rounds.
  • Drain the oil well from the canned tuna.
  • Combine with tomatoes and olives from Step 1.
  • Combine with the marinade and mix to finish!
  • The contrasting colors of black and red look really pretty in bentos.
  • You could also use homemade marinade!
  • Make it with 2 tablespoons vinegar, 1 tablespoon sugar, and oregano and dried basil (optional).
