Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cup flour
  • 5 tbsp smoked paparika
  • 2 breast chicken
  • 4 tbsp peper
  • 3 tbsp salt
  • 3 tbsp Oregano
  • 3 tbsp Basil
  • 3 tbsp Garlic powder
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cup milk

Method

  • Heat up deep fryer/ prepare dipping-coating area.
  • cut chicken into strips about half inch thick and soak chicken in a cup of milk
  • mix flour, paparika,salt ,pepper, oregano, basil, garlic powder place in two bowls.
  • and 2 eggs and a cup of milk in seperate bowl.
  • once oil is 350F.
  • i drop the tray in so the chicken dosent stick.
  • with one hand take the chicken a piece at a time coat fully in flour bowl.
  • dip and flip in egg mix dip in last flour bowl fully coated and carefully drop in fryer.
  • I normally fry them for at least 8 minutes.
  • before they get dark dark brown they are good.
  • remove and set on a paper bag.
