Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh swordfish, cut in 1" slices
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
- 3 tbsp. sherry wine
- Lemon slices
Method
- Saute/fry swordfish and parsley for 3 min on each side in a mix of the butter and Worcestershire sauce.
- Add in the wine, salt and pepper and cook for an additional three min.
- Serve with lemon.
