Ingredients
- 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple and juice
- 1 large pkg. vanilla instant pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Cool Whip
Method
- Bake cake as directed in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Poke holes with fork and pour pineapple juice over cake while hot.
- Mix pudding with milk and vanilla. Stir until it starts to thicken.
- Pour over cake.
- After pudding sets, cover cake with Cool Whip.
- Refrigerate until served.
