Ingredients

  • 1 lb hamburger or 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell tomato soup
  • 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1/2 onion, chopped
  • 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
  • salt & pepper
  • garlic powder

Method

  • Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper in large skillet; drain well.
  • Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes and stir occasionally.
  • Spoon mixture over toasted hamburger buns and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
