Ingredients
- 1 lb hamburger or 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can campbell tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce
- 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
- 1/2 onion, chopped
- 1/4 green bell pepper, chopped
- salt & pepper
- garlic powder
Method
- Brown hamburger with onion and green pepper in large skillet; drain well.
- Stir in remaining ingredients and simmer, uncovered, for 15 minutes and stir occasionally.
- Spoon mixture over toasted hamburger buns and top with shredded cheddar cheese.
