Ingredients
- 1 1/2 c. plain flour
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 small container Cool Whip
- 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
- 3 c. milk
- 1 large container Cool Whip
- pecans (for garnish)
Method
- Mix the first 3 ingredients together and press into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
- Cream the next 2 ingredients together; fold in small container of Cool Whip.
- Spread on crust.
- Mix the pudding and milk together.
- Spread over cream cheese mixture, then spread large Cool Whip.
- Garnish with pecans.
