Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c. plain flour
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine
  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 12 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 small container Cool Whip
  • 2 boxes instant butterscotch pudding
  • 3 c. milk
  • 1 large container Cool Whip
  • pecans (for garnish)

Method

  • Mix the first 3 ingredients together and press into a 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.
  • Cream the next 2 ingredients together; fold in small container of Cool Whip.
  • Spread on crust.
  • Mix the pudding and milk together.
  • Spread over cream cheese mixture, then spread large Cool Whip.
  • Garnish with pecans.
