Ingredients
- Two handfuls of cooked and chilled fiddleheads.
- handful of chickpeas
- 1/5cup of crumbled goat cheese
- two tbsps of slightly chopped parsley leaves
- klamata olives (about 6, sliced in half)
- two button mushrooms, sliced
- 3 chicken strips, cooked and cut into 3-4 pieces each
- Olive oil
Method
- Cook fiddleheads and cool in fridge.
- Cook chicken strips to desired doneness
- Mix all ingredients together and drizzle with olive oil. Enjoy!
