Ingredients

  • 4 to 6 pieces chicken or boneless chicken breasts
  • 6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
  • 1/4 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
  • 2 cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 to 6 pieces raw bacon

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Line bottom and sides of casserole dish with corned beef and top with Mozzarella slices.
  • Wrap chicken pieces with bacon.
  • Place chicken in casserole dish.
  • Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
  • Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour.
