Ingredients
- 4 to 6 pieces chicken or boneless chicken breasts
- 6 to 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese slices
- 1/4 lb. thinly sliced corned beef
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 4 to 6 pieces raw bacon
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Grease 9 x 13-inch casserole dish. Line bottom and sides of casserole dish with corned beef and top with Mozzarella slices.
- Wrap chicken pieces with bacon.
- Place chicken in casserole dish.
- Combine soup and sour cream and pour over chicken.
- Bake 55 minutes to 1 hour.
