Ingredients

  • 1 box onion and garlic croutons
  • 2 lb. sausage, cooked and well drained
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 jar drained mushroom pieces

Method

  • Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam.
  • Spread croutons evenly across bottom of pan.
  • Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons.
  • Mix eggs and milk together and pour over sausage and croutons.
  • Spread mushroom pieces and cheese over top.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
  • Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
  • Let stand 5 minutes.
  • Freezes (cooked) very well.
