Ingredients
- 1 box onion and garlic croutons
- 2 lb. sausage, cooked and well drained
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 jar drained mushroom pieces
Method
- Spray 9 x 13-inch cake pan with Pam.
- Spread croutons evenly across bottom of pan.
- Sprinkle cooked sausage over croutons.
- Mix eggs and milk together and pour over sausage and croutons.
- Spread mushroom pieces and cheese over top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
- Let stand 5 minutes.
- Freezes (cooked) very well.
