Ingredients
- 15 OREO Cookies, finely crushed (about 1-1/4 cups)
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE INTERNATIONAL Suisse Mocha
- 1 cup cold milk
- 2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
- 1 oz. BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
Method
- Mix crumbs and butter; press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch pie plate.
- Beat pudding mix, flavored instant coffee and milk in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Stir in COOL WHIP; spoon into crust.
- Freeze 4 hours or until firm.
- Melt chocolate as directed on package; drizzle over pie just before serving.
