Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion
- 1 large bell pepper
- 4 to 5 fresh tomatoes
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1/4 c. uncooked rice
- chili powder, salt, pepper to taste
Method
- Brown beef and onion until brown.
- Drain.
- Mix chili powder, salt and pepper to meat.
- Set aside.
