Ingredients
- 2 heaping c. self-rising flour
- 1/4 c. Crisco oil
- 3/4 c. canned milk
Method
- Make a well in center of flour.
- Mix together oil and milk; add to flour.
- Mix ingredients well, but do not knead!
- Pinch off balls about 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
- Roll five or six times in palms of hands.
- Place about 1-inch apart on small cookie sheet sprayed with Pam.
- Flour backs of fingers and flatten each ball so sides are touching.
- Bake at 400° for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Yield: 10 to 12 biscuits.
