Ingredients
- 6 green onions, diced large
- 1 (14 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 lb. pork sausage (with sage)
- 1/4 c. bread crumbs (seasoned type)
- 1/2 lb. Fontenella cheese, shredded
- 6 zucchini squash (about 8-inches)
Method
- Cut zucchini squash in half lengthwise. Cook the pork sausage, but not overcooked. Hollow zucchini with a melon baller; dice. Mix all ingredients including squash. Stuff the zucchini shells; mound it. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
