Ingredients

  • 1 head Cauliflower
  • 1 Tablespoon Butter
  • 1/4 cups Milk
  • 1/4 cups Cream Cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoons Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoons Pepper

Method

  • - Cut the cauliflower into large chunks, removing the leaves and stem. Rinse.
  • - Steam the cut cauliflower until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
  • - Drain and put the cauliflower back into the pan, along with the rest of the ingredients.
  • - Use a potato masher or an immersion blender to mash the mix.
  • - Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
