Ingredients
- 1 head Cauliflower
- 1 Tablespoon Butter
- 1/4 cups Milk
- 1/4 cups Cream Cheese
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Pepper
Method
- - Cut the cauliflower into large chunks, removing the leaves and stem. Rinse.
- - Steam the cut cauliflower until soft, about 15-20 minutes.
- - Drain and put the cauliflower back into the pan, along with the rest of the ingredients.
- - Use a potato masher or an immersion blender to mash the mix.
- - Taste and adjust salt and pepper if needed.
