Ingredients
- 1 lb. flounder
- 6 oz. crabmeat
- 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. melted oleo
- 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Method
- Mix crabmeat, buttered crumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl.
- Lay fish flat.
- Spread mixture on top and then roll fillets like a jelly roll.
- Place rolls in a shallow baking dish lined with butter.
- Then pour white sauce over fish.
- Cover and bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes.
