Ingredients
- 3 to 5 lb. pumpkin
- 4 medium potatoes, mashed or cubed
- 1 medium large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. sage
- black pepper to taste
- 2 cloves garlic to taste
- 1/2 to 3/4 c. bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb. ground chuck or round
Method
- Cook hamburg in frying pan with a little water, adding small pieces of onion and sage, black pepper and some garlic to taste. Cook potatoes.
- Mash or cube.
