Ingredients
- 6 (3/4-inch thick) pork chops
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- milk to moisten dressing
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
Method
- For pork chop preparation, request butcher to cut a gash or pocket into the side of each chop.
- Salt and pepper chops well.
