Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons ready-made tomato chutney
- 1 tablespoon low-fat plain yoghurt
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 slices low-fat cheddar cheese
- 50 g (1¾ oz) shaved light ham
- ½ Lebanese (short) cucumber
- 1 small handful snow pea (mangetout) sprouts
Method
1. Combine the ready-made tomato chutney with the yoghurt.
2. Spread onto two slices of sourdough bread. Top each with a slices of cheese, then the light ham.
3. Use a potato peeler to shred the cucumber and divide among the sandwiches.
4. Top each with a handful of snow pea sprouts and another slice of sourdough bread.
