Ingredients
- 500 grams Sweet potatoes
- 1 Egg yolk
- 50 grams Butter
- 60 ml Milk
- 50 grams Sugar
- 2 drops Vanilla extract
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 tbsp Milk
Method
- Peel the sweet potatoes and wrap with cling film.
- Microwave until tender.
- Mash them with a masher while still hot, add the butter, and mix.
- Warm up the milk in a microwave.
- Combine the sugar and milk in a bowl, add the mashed potatoes and egg yolk and mix well.
- Add the vanilla extract.
- Combine the ingredients.
- After you shaped the sweet potatoes, brush the mixture on top and bake in the oven at 200C until browned.
- Then they are done.
