Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jell-O
- 2 pkg. frozen strawberries (1 is fine)
- 1 c. pecans, chopped
- 1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream (1/2 pt.)
Method
- Dissolve Jell-O in 2 cups water brought to a boil; add strawberries and blend until berries are thawed.
- Add drained pineapple and pecans.
- Pour half of mixture into flat dish and chill.
- Whip-blend sour cream and cream cheese.
- Spoon over the chilled Jell-O mixture.
- Spoon remaining Jell-O over the cream layer.
- Garnish with Cool Whip.
