Ingredients
- a large container of fresh mushrooms
- 1 roll of maple flavored sausage
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Wash and remove stems from mushrooms. Brown sausage.
- Drain sausage and mix with softened cream cheese. Stuff mixture into mushroom caps.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
