Ingredients

  • 1/3 cups Cream Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Sour Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Diced Shallot
  • 3 Tablespoons Diced Green Onion
  • 2 Tablespoons Lime Juice
  • 2 Tablespoons Cilantro
  • 4 whole Mini Bell Peppers, Halved Lengthwise And Seeds Removed
  • 1 dash Hot Sauce, to taste

Method

  • Combine cream cheese, sour cream, shallot, green onion, lime juice and cilantro in a small bowl. Fill mini bell pepper halves with cheese mixture and place on a baking sheet.
  • Broil on HIGH for 3-5 minutes until cheese starts to brown on top.
  • Serve with dash of hot sauce, if desired.
