Ingredients

  • spaghetti sauce, meatless
  • Italian seasoning
  • basil
  • 1 box manicotti
  • 18 oz. cottage cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • parsley
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • Parmesan cheese
  • small amount of Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Mix cottage cheese, eggs, parsley, salt, pepper, Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella cheese together. Stiff raw manicotti with this mixture.
  • Fill bottom of pan with sauce which consists of the spaghetti sauce, Italian seasoning and basil.
  • Line pan with noodles and cover with sauce. Cover pan with foil.
  • Bake at 325° to 350° for approximately 2 hours.
