- 1 (12 oz.) box jumbo pasta shells
- 2 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion
- pinch of oregano
- salt and pepper
- 1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook pasta shells.
- Mix remaining ingredients except for spaghetti sauce and cheese.
- Stuff shells with mixture.
- Place in large baking dish.
- Cover with sauce and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350°
- for 1 hour.
