Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
- 1 beef bouillon cube
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms
- 1 envelope sour cream sauce mix
- 1 (6 oz.) can evaporated milk
- 2 Tbsp. cooking sherry
Method
- Brown meat in 2 tablespoons butter.
- Stir in flour and next 4 ingredients.
- Add 1 cup water and mushrooms with liquid.
- Cover; simmer 10 minutes.
